The launch plan involved us concentrating on developing the branding and guidelines, so we could first get really clear on how the recruitment brand should look, sound, and feel before putting anything out into the world.
We also booked in a photo and video shoot at a Sandbanks location to get fresh headshots and create video content for the launch on social media.





We then developed a targeted LinkedIn and Instagram content plan, supported by downloadable digital assets, and refreshed the team’s personal LinkedIn profiles with new headshots and cover images, which has since evolved into an ongoing monthly content strategy which involves a bi-monthly photoshoot.


We also created a fully branded pitch deck and referrer deck, giving the Sectora Group team on-brand, consistent materials to support sales conversations and partnerships.
In addition executive downloadable guides for candidates and interviewees, which saw strong download rates and helped position Sectora Group as a knowledgeable and trusted partner throughout the recruitment process.
